Solving Your Wildlife Problems

Southern Wildlife Control uses a four pronged service approach to solve your wildlife problem:  (1) inspect the premises; (2) recommend a solution to your particular situation; (3) remove/relocate/exclude the wildlife; (4) repair the damage to prevent re-entry.

Initial inspection is where we determine the actual cause of your problem and what it will take to correct the situation.

Based on what we find, we will recommend a course of action which could be one of three actions, remove, relocate, or exclude.  We will give you a price for the recommendation and a price for repairing the damage and removing any feces, nesting material or soiled insulation.  Deodorize and disinfection service is avaliable when needed to eliminate foul wild animal odors.

After your approval of the plan, we will either exclude (deny entry, evict, prevent re-entry) or we will trap the animals and remove or relocate them whichever is appropriate in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.

Lastly, we will repair any damage the wildlife made in order to gain access to your home.  Repair is important to the process as this prevents re-entry of wildlife.  In this step we also do any required disinfecting or deodorizing that may be necessary to kill any residual spores or scent.

We make every effort to perform our services so that the client is satisfied that we have indeed solved their problem.

Thanks to the rapidly expanding populations in the middle Georgia area, natural habitat for wildlife is shrinking. Traditional habitat is being eaten up in the name of progress.  Some wildlife has adapted well to the manicured lawns and small wooded lots, and some animals have even exploited the situation by thriving because they have no predators and food sources are plenitful.  It is not unusual to find raccoons digging in trash cans, or squirrels nesting in attics, or armadillos rooting in the freshly planted flower beds or sprinkled lawns.  Bats too have lost habitat due to trees disappearing when new developments start.  Bats in our area are beginning to take up residence in our attics, siding, chimneys and even inside our homes.  Most wild animals are just a nuisance but others can be a danger by bringing with them dangerous wildlife borne diseases and even Rabies.

Our number is 478-737-5438.  Ask for Rick Benson.  He is available to discuss your bat problems, squirrel issues or any other wildlife removal and control concerns you have.
